The spacious property is delightfully and tastefully furnished with gorgeous Balinese furniture and artefacts, and beautifully maintained and equipped to the last detail, down to the bathrobes and dainty chocolates. Swimming pool, outdoor seating area, delightful gardens and secure parking outside; gorgeous lounge and library inside. The dining is superb - most obliging chef providing delicious and ample meals in an elegant dining room, always with thoughtful extra condiments, treats and choice of beverage readily available without having to ask. The bedrooms are superbly and luxuriously equipped, with large fully tiled en-suite bathrooms. Everything spotlessly clean. I would never hesitate to return to Annablels for overnight trips to Joburg

Great place to stay for Rehab after op

I stayed at Annabel's of Bryanston with my husband prior to and following his double knee joint replacement. Our initial choice for this guest house was its close proximity to Sandton Mediclinic (1.8km) and Bryanston Shopping Centre (5 min walk), which has a supermarket and a Woolworths Food Mart. We also wanted a more personalised service

I stayed at Annabel's of Bryanston with my husband prior to and following his double knee joint replacement. Our initial choice for this guest house was its close proximity to Sandton Mediclinic (1.8km) and Bryanston Shopping Centre (5 min walk), which has a supermarket and a Woolworths Food Mart. We also wanted a more personalised service, rather than be in a hotel with a hundred or more guests.This guest house is perfect for a medical rehab. It is safe and secure. There are paved walkways from the car park to the bedroom, which are suitable for a wheelchair or walking on crutches. There is also a long paved patio outside the room, which can assist with rehab on crutches. The rooms are spacious and have a walk in wardrobe to keep luggage out of the way. While the bath is sunken, my husband had no problem stepping in and out of it.

had to stay over for a few days on business and really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the food was great. It's possible to eat dinner and the food at breakfast and dinner was tasty and abundant. It's located very close to business areas in Sandton and Bryanston, which helped a lot.

Annabel & Pat are just wonderful hosts and make you feel part of the family as soon as you arrive there. Nothing is too much effort for them. The rooms and the Guest House are so tastefully decorated and everything has been so well thought out and considered for the comfort of the guests.
